Animals of Enterprise

Over the course of founding 51 businesses, I kept seeing the same pattern.

Some parts of a business produce steadily and quietly. Others grow fast and demand energy and bold leadership. Some drain everything around them while everyone pretends not to notice. And others arrive like a burst of brilliance that, if left uncontrolled, can destabilize the whole operation.

For years I watched entrepreneurs, founders, and leadership teams pour effort into their businesses without realizing they were treating every part of it the same way. And that is where things begin to fall apart.

The moment I named these four distinct animals of enterprise and began leading each one differently, everything changed. The clarity that followed was immediate. The confusion lifted. And the businesses I was involved in began to perform in a way they simply could not before.

That is why I built this framework, and why I am making it available to you for FREE.
